Looking back, think it was a kamikaze mission, going into it without training. In fact, my last run above 10km was the AHM in late August. With busy schedule + the fact that running is time-consuming, I came up with so many excuses not to run. Anyway, thanks to the Sundown Marathon in May, I got a better knowledge of my body and yeah, I survived (heh). In fact, I came back faster than Sundown.
First met Juhu before the race, then Pek Lim, Eddie, Wilfred, Pang Ker, Raymond, my CO, Chris, Yee Ler, Ruiwen, Chang Hsu, Chee Kin Hao and Buddha. Feeling great now although I didnt want to wake up at 4.30 this morning. Heh, guess my body fats would drop by 2%. My target for the next marathon, complete in less than 5 hrs.
For tomorrow, finish up with minutes, rewrite my appraisal form, look for openings in MCYS, MOM and EDB. Somehow I should play ball and let the HR people know what I want.
