Why is it so tough?

My boss had roped a few more colleagues in with the "mammoth" task. Somehow, with their inclusion, things became a lot easier. Not that the new recruits were extremely happy though they were professional enough to only sound out their grievances through jokes.

Came up with the analogy that we were at war and that Darius and I, the regulars had suffered mortal wounds and it was time for the civilian soldiers to be drafted to ensure our survival.

I wonder if work is always this intense.

I had caught a glimpse of the National Day Parade on Monday and I heard it was the best one for some time. Last Friday, I listened to some American post-grads who were given tickets of the Preview that at the end of the parade, they had felt part of Singapore.

Yes, it could generate a lot of love for our nation which would only start to waver the following morning ...

When we start to find ways to squeeze onto the train on our way to work :)

No, the MRT isn't crowded
