Alright, I took my ippt yesterday and it was my worst performance since sec2 (note, I started passing ippt/napfa from sec2 onwards).
Anyway, the world collapsed right from the start, feeling weird during shuttle runs and lost all my strengths in my legs after sit-ups (what's happening right?). It was so bad that even my mum asked "what's wrong?" Yes, it was rather unexpected.
With that, I booked myself another ippt appointment towards the end of november, to prove to myself that people in the late twenties will not hit against a wall in fitness build-up (contrary to what Alwyn claimed).
Although it was a bad outing, I'm glad I completed it at least. Have been getting bad spells of giddiness since 6 mths back and so, I was glad I had at least completed it. And who knows, I would be able to better empathise with not-so-fit ones from now on :)
