I couldn't understand the big hoo-ha with regard to who should be the top Eurasian boy. Even if it does matter a great deal to the 12-year old, does it matter to the public? And does it matter enough to even be discussed about in this time when there are more urgent and important issues to consider.
Is this boy going to be the top student when he takes the O's? or the A's? is he going to be the President's Scholar? I suppose he's going to laminate and frame the newspaper article that should have portrayed him as the top bot at 277. My point is that why does it matter when such recognition is worthless and does not endure the passage of time. Not being philosophical here, just that perhaps, just perhaps, we need to learn more about humility. I'm praying that we will find people who are humble, not defeatists, but those who are quietly confident but choose to adopt a humble posture and make the sacrifice when needed.

Oh yeah, my JC classmate just got ROM-ed. And I only got to know through Facebook!!! Nevermind, congrats girl, somehow the guys got to catch up.
So, of the 21 of us, from what I know, 2 are married, 1 ROM-ed. Really good news for all of us, as well as the nation.
