Balance

Is it easier to do M&D for the younger ones? Or the older ones?

The younger ones would have been great because they'd try anything. But quality-wise, the older ones are able to do a more tasteful skit, and once the barrier to hold back oneself is taken away, we will have what we saw this evening.

Tried to raise the hurdle for each group by limiting their setting and providing the challenge with Songs and Movie Quotes, we saw the teams' creativity and the willingness to bend the rules to come up with 7 - 10 minutes of skit.

The Chemistry Lab ended up with Slumdog Millionaire with the final prize as a Burette (This is Home, truly, where I know YOU must be); the Zoo setting ended up with Party-animals at Zouk (She Bangs, She Bangs); Aeroplane was by far, the closest to what I had expected (童話); Bollywood saw the rise to fame of Lionel who was simply outstanding; Leaning tower of Pisa became the winner when Chao made a strong claim to be the Best Actor (You've got to Move it Move it); and who can forget Joseph's (Anton) plea (Lemon Tree).

Laughed myself away for the one hour and I was sure everyone did too. But what's next? Will this cause a spark to encourage more bonds to be formed? I dunno, thought we reverted back when we saw the even younger ones at the corridor, nevertheless, I believe it was a small step forward.
