Yes, SBJ is THE problem, I'm quite sure I have the power after focusing on it at the gym over the past 2 months. Is it the technique? Did I hurt my legs doing sit-ups? (by the way, it was my hip that got tired at the end of the sit-up station) Think I'll retake if I can get my jumping right.
2.4 isn't a problem, I took some time overtaking the fatties before me and overall, I'll say it's sad to know we are going to fight with these people. But what to do when we are a conscript army?
