Hairdressing appointments, contact lens, Gym membership, handphone bills, tithes, Mum's pocket money ... all these are fixed expenditure and shouldn't be affecting my spending patterns.
Shopping? Haven't been buying much recently, hmm...
Eating out? Perhaps...
Credit card bills? Definitely, I guess it's tough to keep track of my expenditure when I pay by the plastic card. To make it worse, some are for a party of 4 or 5 which tend to up the intensity of the shock when the bill finally arrives.
Not to mention that there are unexpected expenditures like the wedding this weekend. I think weddings are evil, horrible events where hotels and restaurants charge exorbitant prices for yucky food that the groom and the bride don't even get to taste. Can't we do away with it?

The X-files
I am not a fan of the X-files, just didn't have other shows on my ipod so ...
It's not that bad really, not when I'm recovering from the disastrous Postal and Warbirds, but nevertheless, it seemed like a TV movie with a setting and development that are predictable. There isn't any climax, just a fuzzy theme of a phenomenon that we are still unable to explain (wasn't THAT the ingredient that made The X-files compelling to watch?)
Yawn...
